If we really simplify things, we can break down what we offer at NGPT into two categories:
- We help people build momentum to enhance the results they are already getting. Some people think that our facility is solely focused on weight loss and this is NOT true! We have many people that come to NGPT looking to improve upon the fitness base that they have already established. Some people are looking to cross train for sports, mud runs, or other athletic endeavors. Some people have a specific goal like “improved lower body strength and muscle balance”. Whatever the situation is, we help people build momentum in the direction that they would like to head in.
- We help people reverse their momentum. Some people are heading in a direction that they aren’t happy with and we provide the energy and the plan to stop that negative slide and reverse the trend. Most people don’t give a “momentum reversal” as much credit as it deserves. This is a tough thing for a client to accomplish. It is much easier to build on good momentum than reverse bad momentum. Periodic weight gain is a normal part of the learning curve that is involved in a transformation process. Our clients do a great job of letting us know when they need a little help to get things moving back in the correct direction.
