Teams can have a max of six participants and need at least four participants to be eligible to compete.
The teams will have four active participants in each event.
A maximum of two male competitors can take part in each event.
Open Gym Team Training Sessions (FREE)
Sundays from 1pm-2:30pm
August: 16th, 23rd, 30th
Sept: 6th
Additional Open Gym times will be added on some Friday nights as our fall class schedule develops.
Team Captain:
Each team must name a team captain that will have the final decision making power on who competes in which events for the team. All team members must participate in at least two events during the competition.

Row 500m
25 burpees
25 box jumps
25 Thrusters (65lbs for women/95lbs for men)
Event #2
One Rep Max Deadlift
The total of the four participants highest weight will be added together for final standings.
Three weight attempts per participant
Event #3
Human Wheelbarrow 20 links total (two participants)
Bear Crawl 10 links
Crab Walk 10 links
Event #4
Floor to overhead relay (65lbs for women/95lbs for men)
Max reps in one minute for each participant
Total team reps will be added up for standings
Event #5
Mystery event
