Group Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes are perfect for all fitness levels.

We offer over forty class options each week that provide a unique blend of intervals, equipment, and recovery periods. We provide a variety of class times as well, including early morning (6am), mid-morning (9:15am), noon hour, evening, and even weekends! Our team of group fitness instructors will help you get the most out of each class at NGPT. That includes providing additional options if you need low-impact or alternate exercises. When you take a class at NGPT you will see people representing all fitness levels and age ranges from 18-80! Our group fitness classes are a great option for anyone that is looking to infuse some new energy into their workout regimen.
