Accelerated Results Program

GOAL

Your goals, your body, your schedule and YOU are unique. This custom program will provide a structured plan specific to you. Weekly personal training sessions, combined with nutrition, coaching, and bonus workouts to create MOMENTUM focused on ramping up your metabolism, increasing muscle tone, and decreasing body fat.

Your custom program will include an option for four and eight week programs, working privately or in small groups.

  • Weekly personal training session - these sessions can be done in groups, we encourage it! Your plan will incorporate the session (note: different fitness levels can work together in groups with the structure of our system).
  • Weekly Fitness/Nutrition Calendar Maximization plan: We will line up all of your weekly classes, PT, and bonus workouts and synchronize that with your nutrition plan.
  • Metabolic Boost Bonus Workout Regimen: This bonus workout regimen that is designed around short burst workouts that can be done at home or in a traditional gym depending on what you have access to.
  • Four weeks of Accountability Coaching.
  • Online HUB communications tool where you, your Accountability Coach, and your trainer communicate weekly to set goals, make improvements, and monitor progress.

Our goal with all of our PT sessions is to provide you with a unique experience that you wouldn’t be able to get in one of our classes. You are going to get a lot of extra attention and develop a great connection with both your trainer and your PT group as well. These PT groups will be an important anchor point for your transformation process as they keep you motivated and on track with a plan of action!

Personal Training Focus Areas

Our PT System can be broken down into three different focus areas, depending on your goals, we will work with you to pick a focus or create a comprehensive program of these three components:

Foundational Strength Training: It is important to develop strength and lean muscle tissue as you transform your body. Our foundational strength focused sessions are going to be geared towards getting you stronger and tracking that progress. You will notice that this new strength will spill over into other areas of your fitness regimen and improve overall performance along with great visual results as well!

Functional Training: These sessions will focus on taking care of any muscular imbalances, developing the core muscles, and improving recovery techniques. These focused sessions will act as sort of a “body shop” where you take time to fix a few things so that your overall progress does not stall out.

Base Cardio: These sessions will focus on elevating your cardiovascular abilities and specifically your performance in our classes. You will notice that these sessions provide some unique challenges that will allow you to increase your ability to use more challenging options in our regular classes. Once we increase this ability to challenge yourself your results really ramp up!
