You will be focusing on five exercises that will be incorporated into a program that will change every two weeks. You will be able to watch our online videos so that you can perfect your form as you go through the program. These quick workouts will also help rev up your metabolic rate so that you can burn more calories throughout the day!

The Max Calorie Burn bonus program is going to provide you with eight weeks of mini workouts that will help you blast fat fast! These workouts are designed to be done outside of the studio. This program will include some lifestyle challenges to help incorporate more activity in your day (i.e. taking the stairs at work). These specialized workouts will help spark your metabolism within key fat burning windows of opportunity.
